1. Purpose

Agroecopower grant within the related Australian regulations such as:

2. Scope and purpose of processing

2.1. When purchasing goods or services from Agroecopower, customers may be asked to provide personal data, including their full name, email address, billing address, and telephone number. This information is used to facilitate the transaction between the customer and Agroecopower.

2.2. If additional information about a specific vehicle type is needed, data on the make, model, and the customer’s location may also be processed. Providing such information is optional; however, it significantly simplifies the purchasing process and allows us to recommend the most suitable solution and the relevant partner to the customer. While these details are provided voluntarily, they are essential for minimizing costs and ensuring the most efficient delivery of the ordered solution.

2.3. Agroecopower expressly states that it does not collect or process any personal data that customers do not provide voluntarily.

2.4. The purpose stems from the requirements necessary for the conclusion and fulfillment of the contract. In general, personal data will be processed by Agroecopower for the purpose of selling services and products offered on the Agroecopower website, through other communication channels such as social media platforms, at public events like farm shows, or through individual contracts made between an authorized Agroecopower representative and the buyer.

2.5. All data provided by the customer to Agroecopower will be stored in compliance with relevant legislation and will be adequately protected against misuse throughout the entire processing period.

3. Processing time

3.1 The processing period for personal data corresponds to the duration of the legal obligation to retain accounting documents. Given the nature of the solutions provided by Agroecopower, some services may come with a lifetime warranty. For this purpose, the retention period of the data is adequately extended.

4. Decision making

4.1 Agroecopower intends to collect personal data through online/offline forms or individual interactions with customers.

4.2 Agroecopower may collect and analyse information related to the use of its website and other online sources accessed by customers. 5.1 Customers‘ personal data are processed on the basis of the needs necessary for the conclusion and completion of the contract, in example the sale Agroecopower goods and services. Consent to the processing of personal data is not required for this processing.

6.1 Agroecopower does not transfer customers' personal data to third parties for processing, except in the following cases:

An external accounting office with which Agroecopower has a Personal Data Protection Agreement.

8.1 The customer acknowledges that he is required to provide accurate and truthful personal data when placing an order with Agroecopower and must promptly inform Agroecopower of any changes to their personal data.

9.1 If the customer requests information regarding the processing of their personal data from Agroecopower, company is obliged, in accordance with the relevant legal principles, to provide this information without undue delay and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

9.2 Any customer who discovers or suspects that Agroecopower or a specific processor is handling their personal data in a manner that violates the protection of their privacy or is contrary to legislation — particularly if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to its intended purpose — may request an explanation from Agroecopower or specific processor and request that the situation be rectified. This may involve actions such as blocking, correcting, supplementing, or deleting the personal data.
